Sunset Yoga
It's the wellness activity of Bélier, to decompress from your week before your participation.
Escape to a timeless experience. Under the orange glow of the sunset, we suggest a yoga session to free your chakras.
After a supervised ascent to VTT on the Confins side, our instructor will be there to offer you a time to anchor yourself in the heart of an unmissable landscape. Before heading back down to VTT, you'll finish off the session with a local snack.

A VTT, a helmet and a yoga mat are mandatory to participate in Sunset Yoga.
