Some practical information to prepare your visit
In order to facilitate your arrival on the event, here is all the information you will need!

BIB WITHDRAWAL
From Monday August 15 to Thursday August 18 9:00 am to 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm at the Sports Club reception
Friday August 19th 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the number collection tent, Place de l'Eglise
Saturday August 20th 6:30 am to 7:00 pm at the number collection tent, Place de l'Eglise
Sunday August 21st 6:00 am to 9:00 am at the number collection tent, Place de l'Eglise
INFO BY RACE
All the information about your race will be sent to you in the next few days, but if you are too impatient, you can go to our website and click on the event you are registered for to find the information that concerns you!
LIVE MONITORING
Follow the person you encourage thanks to the different mats placed along along the course by clicking on the following button!
PARTICIPATES BY RESPECTING THE PLANET
For the sake of the planet, we ask all runners and hikers to bring their own personal cups! We will not have plastic cups to distribute for drinking on the event!
POOL ACCESS
If you need to relax your legs after your race, we offer to all participants (except Kids and Trail 7 km) a free access to the swimming pool on the day of your race, on compulsory presentation of your race number. The Aravis aquatic area is an establishment subject to hygiene rules, you will have to arrive "clean" to be able to access this area and respect the internal rules of the establishment.

SHIPPING
Free shuttles are available in the village of La Clusaz (participating or not in Bélier) during the weekend of August 20th and 21st. You will be able to move in the resort and its surroundings to reach strategic points of the race. Go to the tourist office website to have the schedule of the different bus stops.
SKI LIFTS
The ski lifts of La Clusaz will be open all weekend in order to reach the points of passage of the participants without encumbrance; remember to order, at the time of your registration, the preferential rate passes reserved for the participants (rates valid only in order on the site of on-line registration). The ascent of Crêt du Merle will be free for the 2e relay runners of the 42 km race will have free access to their race number to allow them to access their Start.
(Warning: in case of storm, the ski lifts will be closed)
ANIMATIONS LA CLUSAZ
Visit of the heritage museum, leisure center, gnole tastings, summer sledging, ice rink, swimming pool, mini-golf...Find all the activities in La Clusaz resort which will take place during the weekend on the website of La Clusaz tourist office!
